    GT/CS on the auction block

I think this is the car that sold at BJ for roughly $49.000 a few years ago. The actual cost to the buyer was more like $53,000 with the fee. He then auctioned it a couple years later on BJ and got $40,000 for it ($36,000 with fee).

    1968 Manual Trans Smog System

Nope, no bracket. Is it the same bracket as the one in this photo of a '69 Boss 302 engine? Impossible to find?

    1968 Manual Trans Smog System

Thanks for the info Scott. It's a 289 2V. The rest of the system is just the pump and whatever the can-thing does.

    1968 Manual Trans Smog System

The smog system on my 4-speed car doesn't have the rails that I'm used to seeing on most cars that have manual transmissions. All it has is a connection at the #1 cylinder and another at #8. Is this setup correct or am I missing something?

    Wanted; 1968 GT/CS T-code

Unfortunately, we'll only know how many people register their T-codes with Paul. We'll never know how many are still out there because some people won't register their cars.

1968 Paint stripe color: Marti report question

It is probably referring to the pinstripes on the tops of the fenders, not the side stripes.

Here is a '68 interior color chart. The colors look a little goofy to me but that may just be my monitor.

So they tried to poison you with your own poison. Or were they just sending you a message? Sly little devils. We may be underestimating them!

Here's an article about one. It may be worth finding the owner and asking if he wants to sell it.
