Rich, I think Mustang Project was the only game in town for quite a while. These superbrights certainly seem to be the way to go. We can even choose white or red and from 12 to 30 LEDs. 6 lights with 30 LEDs each should get someone's attention!

Put the car on jack stands and ran the engine with the transmission in gear to make sure the rear wheels were straight. Found out one was bent. When I turned off the engine I heard an odd wunka-wunka sound coming from the rear end. Is such a sound normal when car is running in that manner...

Sorry, Rich. Mine was just a general statement pointing out something that makes the car seem legit. Whatever damaged the quarter must have missed the scoop. Regarding the stripes; yes the stripes end at the back of the scoops.

Paul, this probably came across poorly. I was trying to say that since every car is different the diminsions from your car didn't work for mine, not that your dimensins are incorrect.

It certainly could be that the rings haven't seated yet but to me it seemed strange that the engine smokes only at start-up and idle. I'd expect to see a serious smoke cloud at high RPMs if the rings hadn't seated. Regardless of the cause the shop has offered to change out the valve seals to...
