I checked my Mustang by the Numbers book, by Kevin Marti. Yes, all 1968 bench seats are comfortweave. Made a correction above, "U" not "V" for Parchment.
Comfort weave and knitted seat upholstery, were interchanged over the years. 9B would be 'Blue'.
Black with Red deluxe bench seat would be very cool. I would do red stripes, if it were mine.
A co-worker used this product. Not exactly correct, but serves the purpose. It fools most people

Very loaded car, deluxe interior with AC, disc brakes, head rests, convenience group, tilt, upper and lower consoles.
I notice that the door switch for the tilt away is not present, the hole isn't even punched. Tilt might have been owner added?
Not familiar with that casting number. Typical 1968 302 engine blocks have casting numbers like C8OE-6015-A, C8OE-6015-B.

The 1971 429 Cobra Jet engines came with Rochester Quadrajet carburetors...

As far as I am aware, the above is the only reproduction base, but made for 1967 390 GT's. This version has the elbow and can be used on a 1968 with IMCO. (there is also a version without elbow)
Pretty sure that a true...
I was not familiar with that brand of engine mounts, so I googled them.
Clicked the Summit link and immediately found the 1968 Ford small block mount.
The one, and only customer feedback pretty much explains it....
Not my first rodeo with replacing motor mounts on a car. Left side was a...
Oh, Uncle Rob. Have to call BS on any manual transmission X code, on 390-2V, in 1968.
Interesting that the warranty card is for 5 years. Was that a Canada thing, or could someone get an 'extended warranty' in 1968? Have only seen 2 year warranty cards.
