    For Sale Probable Clone

I don't see it on cars.com either. But found it here googling the VIN saying it was sold but could be an old ad. Just by virtue of the 8F01 on the VIN doesn't that say it's a clone? 8F01C180363 Why are you saying "probable" Arlie...

For Sale Rich's Old J-Code at Mecum Anaheim

Wow totally missed this thread from 9 months ago  Appropriate timing though. The new owner actually contacted me back in January except I didn't know it. It was buried in a Facebook "Other" inbox that is only viewable on the Web version of Facebook. I don't go on Facebook much these days...

For Sale 1968 GT/CS in Seattle

I never knew that difference between the Shelby and CS reflectors. Thanks Kerry! The foglights could be from the way the dealer installed them after the recall or during a resto and used the Shelby mounts. Mine had the Shelby mounts when I first got it. I swapped them out to the higher mounts...

F-150 tow rig for the HCS

Resurrecting this old thread. Picked up our new 2015 the other day. It's a Lariat with the Sport Package and the 2.7 EcoBoost Engine. Liking it a lot so far but haven't put a lot of miles on it yet. Big jump in technology over our 2012 and well thought out as far as features and storage. My...

No apology necessary! :icon_no: Replies weren't meant as a "you should know better" at all! Don't take it that way. Just sharing the knowledge we have gained over the years as we often do, so get used to it. Most of that knowledge learned from this great site and others sharing.

    1968 Tire size?

Just got P215/70R-14 BF GOODRICH RADIAL T/A's to replace the same size on the car. Haven't mounted them yet so can't provide input on ride/handling but I'm sure others have the same. Tires I have were on the car when I bought it back in 2007. No problems with these, they are Good Year Wingfoot...

Both CS's I have owned have been this way and both on the passenger side. (not my doing, purchased that way) I see it very often. There is an old thread on the site where we discussed the possibility that they could have been factory errors.
