Tracked one down. Two owner car.
Sold new at Ray Schultens Ford in The Dalles, Oregon.

First owner was a lady, she had it until 1999.
In 1999, the lady traded it back to the dealer on a new Ford Van. She was given top dollar as a trade in by the same Ford dealership. Her reason for trading it, was that it was getting hard for here to drive with the clutch and no power steering.
The Schultens restored the car at their dealership, adding a toploader 4 speed transmission, disc brakes, and power steering. They also added vintage air conditioning. The car still retains the thermactor smog parts.
The fellow that had the car at the show, is a family friend and former dealer mechanic. He maintains the car for the owner and gives it exercise . He said that the owner does have a Marti Report in the files. They claim that the Lucas fog lights are original to this car.
