I got a call last weekend from an older 1968 HCS owner wishing to sell his car. He and the car are in Pueblo, Colorado (on I-25, about an hour and 30 minutes south of Denver). Early this week, he E-mailed me pictures. Today, I received, in the snail mail , a copy of his Marti report, the real deal. Data includes 8R01C167111 65A F 2K 02U 51 2 W, plus PS, AM radio, tint, and deluxe belts. Car was originally sold by Lakewood Fordland here in Lakewood, Co.,was still in the Denver area until April, 1994 and then went to Colorado Springs (this info is in the registry) and then to this owner, who I think said he's had car 3-4 years and put just 2-3 hundred miles on it in that time. He will send pics. and copy of Marti. He said he's looking for $13,750 as that is what he has in it. Pictures show nice and I know it is a repaint(gulfstream aqua, in and out) as I sold scoop decals to the Colo. Spgs. owner in '97........ Owner is Pete Sisnroy, H 719-561-4115, Cell 719-252-8287. When was the last time we heard of a '68 HCS for sale, OH, YEAH, I know!, when I bought my royal maroon in Jan '03. THIS car is the only one I've EVER, EVER turned down, with the exception of Scott's 428, ask my wife, she put her foot down HARD and big time. Get on it, somebody. Bob Teets here.
