What is this car worth?

Hello,

I have a difficult question. I found a car wich I want to buy. The car has new paint, new rubber gaskets, new carpet, headliner, interieur, rebuild engine and transmision (automatic) The car is documented with a kevin marti report and the following options:
c4 cruise o matic, powersteering, and wheel covers.
The chrome is in fair condition (vent window and quarter window), there is a litle paint chip on the door.
I know it is difficult to say, but is there anybody who can give me an idea?

...Nice looking car, but after cruising E-bay just now, I'm thinking it's currently a buyers market. low - $12K to $14K... high - $15K to $18K ?? As much as I would like to say $20 to $25K; I just don't see that trend at the moment.
That's only my two cents.....
