As said earlier - Rare does not always mean desirable. With all the rust issues, I would also be concerned about how the roof looks under the vinyl top. My opinion, I'd get that $9K in my hands as quick as I could! Good luck, though, with whatevery you decide. David

Joe, The latest Hemmings Muscle Machines magazine (All Modified special edition) has an article on EFI upgrades. Have not read it completely, but they show cased Mass-Flo's EFI product. Supercharger and Nitros. Should be pretty quick, get those sub frame connectors installed!
